Dr. Hinz Bio

Born in Michigan to a Navy family, Dr. Hinz had the opportunity to travel the world as a child. As an active teenager and athlete, he found himself repeatedly in need of Chiropractic adjustment. His family had a wonderful relationship with a family Chiropractor who not only treated him but was also a role model who inspired and educated him.

While enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa Dr. Hinz completed his training at the D.D. Palmer Memorial Outpatient Clinic. While there, he had the chance to travel to Vietnam and adjust hundreds of patients. After graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Hinz began an internship in Naperville, Illinois. Working with Dr. Tim Erickson helped build his confidence and gave him helpful tools to utilize in his private practice.

Dr. Hinz is State Licensed and a Certified National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Practitioner. He trained at the Acupuncture Society of America in Kansas City, Missouri, which has educated physicians and practitioners for over thirty years both nationally and internationally.

Dr. Hinz considered several cities throughout the United States in which to set up a practice. After much thought and consideration, he felt that Franklin was a great place to settle in with the knowledge that it would be a wonderful environment in which he would eventually marry and raise a family.

Dr. Hinz is an avid golfer, outdoorsman, and Cross fit athlete. He is a music fan of all genres, especially those of his many musically gifted patients.
