We are located in the Cool Springs area of Franklin at 3252 Aspen Grove, Ste. 12. Our one story brick building faces Cool Springs Blvd. and sits directly behind Moe’s Southwest Grill. What Can I Expect During My First Visit to Dr. Hinz?

Generally you can expect to complete a full medical history questionnaire and ‘new patient’ paperwork. You will then consult with Dr. Hinz. This consultation is your opportunity to express your health concerns and expectations, and to ask any questions you may have pertaining to the matter. All questions concerning lower back pain, back spasms, muscle spasms, headaches, hand or foot numbness, bone spurs, arthritis of the spine, and many more issues allow Dr. Hinz to express his role in your health care and discuss your health prognosis. A physical exam will be performed which may include orthopedic testing, reflex assessments, muscle testing, and a specific Chiropractic evaluation. In some cases x-rays may be necessary to determine an exact diagnosis. X-rays are conveniently taken in our location.

The following day, your schedule permitting, during the "Report of Findings" or ROF visit, Dr. Hinz will go over the results of the exam and x-rays with you. Then, depending on your situation, the doctor may give you an adjustment and/or begin your program of care, if needed. Adjustments shouldn't be painful, although you may feel some discomfort until the pressure is taken off the nerve. Depending on your condition, Dr. Hinz may schedule a series of visits for care. Acupuncture visits for back pain, stress, infertility and pregnancy is also available.

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, VISA or MASTERCARD. Hinz Family Chiropractic accepts most major medical insurance.

Cancellation

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with 24 hours notice, if at all possible. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
